I am an EW at Los Angeles County with over 10 years of experience in public assistance program evaluation. I have a strong background in network and security, with a certificate in Information Technology and multiple certifications from TestOut Corporation and uCertify.com. I use various tools and databases to search and gather records of eligibility related information from multiple sources, and apply the rules and regulations pertaining to each program.As an EW, I help applicants and program participants receive public assistance by making independent determinations of initial and continuing eligibility, using interviewing and record keeping techniques. I also make mathematical computations, evaluate financial data, and interact effectively with the public. I have demonstrated skills in customer service, public speaking, and Microsoft Office throughout my role. I am motivated by the mission of serving the community and providing quality customer service.
