- Process all unitholder transactions in accordance with agreed client service standards – applications, redemptions, switches, transfers and distributions - Ensure that all service delivery standards set for the unit registry division are met- Prepare bank and other unit registry reconciliations for client funds- Maintain and update processes and procedure documents for the MMC registry division- Assist Team Leader to ensure all registry reconciliations are performed and all exceptions are cleared in a timely manner - Assist IT with system development and testing as required- Assist Team Leader in second reviews of daily processing, client set up and static data changes- Assist Team Leader in preparation of year end attributions and processing thereof- Perform Team Leader role as cover when the Team Leader is on annual or sick leave- Assist Team Leader in the training of registry staff.

Process and Administer KiwiSaver schemes-process investment of funds and redemptions for KiwiSaver members-resolve registry issues involving IRD and clients

-The key responsibility of this role is to support the efficient and timely delivery of administrative support of the Westpac KiwiSaver Managed Funds offer provided to Westpac customers. -This role carries out a number of specialist functions that include: assessing customer withdrawals, implementing &administering investments, support and technical help for internal and external customers, resolution of incomplete/unclear instructions, bank account reconciliation and administrative support.-Cross training and development in the WRAP operations administrator role which is responsible for administration tasks for Westpac's high net worth individuals, trusts and charitable organisations with a larger portion of assets to invest. This roles includes placing trades, deposits and withdrawals as per client's request and to maintain the client's Target Asset Allocation, updating client details i.e. address, GATCA and email indemnity. -This role also involves supporting Financial advisors and Wealth consultants and liaising with custodians to make sure our clients needs are met on time.

-Responsible for helping customer with their banking queries and solving their needs-Helped customer with different banking products according to their needs.
