Empower student agency in various processes by providing a forum for them to discuss concerns and brainstorm solutions.

Provided leadership and direction to the educational development of over 220 secondary students. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, evaluating, and providing training for teachers and staff. Planned and implemented budget for the secondary level. Provided leadership to implement or improve standardized assessment practices, concept based integrated units, International Baccalaureate program, and professional learning communities.
