 Coordinate and direct production team, scheduling each production to fulfill demand Define ,review and resolve new and existing product issues Lead and train technical team to identify and troubleshoot technical issues Assist in technical strategic planning and execution Develop jigs and fixtures for in-line production and incoming QC Participate and integrate new product into design for manufacturing ready. Forecast production planning, monitor and plan raw material acquisition and maintain inventories Develop and implement policies , standards and procedures for production and quality assessment Provide production schedules to support sales, marketing team and related departments Review and approve product design and changes

Roles and Responsibilities Manage task and time of the team and track status of the project.  Lead team meetings to design electronics, firmware, mechanical and testing procedures to achieve product specifications. Promote development methodologies, and motivate team to produce effective and creative solutions. Develop real-time embedded firmware in C for all projects Design and build prototypes using 3D CAD design such as FreeCad and solidworks.
