Provides services including, but not limited to:-Traffic Collision Reconstruction-Deposition & Trial Testimony-Recorded Interview & Transcription Services-Forensic Mapping & Diagrams-PC Crash Software User-Event Data Recorder (Black box) data for several vehicle manufacturers including Tesla, Hyundai and Kia-Vehicle Inspections with Damage Analysis-Complete or Abridged Mechanical Vehicle Inspections-Forensic Digital Photography-Nighttime Conspicuity Studies-Review of Police Reports for items in need of additional investigation as well as review of police procedures-Review of opposing expert witness discovery-Provides training on various topics

Facilitates and Instructs on the topics of Criminal Law, Traffic Enforcement and DUI investigations/arrests to Police Recruits at the Regional Criminal Justice Training Center located at Golden West College.

A group for previously employed Professional Law Enforcement Accident Investigators, Accident Reconstructionists and Detectives/Investigators working any type of traffic-related cases in the private sector.

Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer. Performs various duties including, but not limited to, writing training reviews and organizing the CA2RS Annual Conference.

Provided training, networking and professional development to over 500 law enforcement members in the Southern California area.

Was assigned to the Field Operations Division as the Detective responsible for traffic-related cases. Worked as the “Team Leader” for the Irvine Police Department’s M.A.I.T. (Major Accident Investigation Team). Responsible for the investigation of vehicular murder & homicide cases, traffic collision reconstruction of fatal & major injury collisions, hit and run investigations, on-duty officer involved collision investigations and potential city liability collision investigations. Has also been involved in several non-vehicular murder cases and has investigated officer involved shootings. Number of Irvine PD reports reviewed has exceeded 30,000. Has provided forensic analysis and litigation support to multiple agencies in Southern California including the Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Butte County DA’s Office, and has been court-recognized as an expert in “Accident Reconstruction” in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Has assisted with several other vehicular manslaughter and murder cases in other jurisdictions throughout Southern California. He is the original founder and manager of the Southern California Traffic Investigators Association which has over 500 law enforcement members. In addition to instructing new officers in the field of collision investigation, and mentoring many other law enforcement investigators, he has also lectured to law enforcement and prosecutors throughout the state of California in the field of collision investigation and reconstruction.

Worked as a uniformed motorcycle officer enforcing traffic laws and investigating all types of traffic collisions. Wrote reports, made arrests and testified in court. Also assisted in the investigation of fatal traffic collisions. Had issued over 10,000 traffic citations and personally investigated over 1000 traffic collisions at this point in his career. Certified as a collision reconstructionist during this tour of duty and became a member of M.A.I.T. and assisted with several major injury and fatal traffic collision investigations.

Worked uniformed patrol. Investigated all types of crimes and traffic collisions, made arrests, wrote reports, and testified in court.
