Working consultatively with executive teams within business units to influence and drive development of local business with particular focus on developing marketing capability and product portfolio management.Using global market intelligence to initiate and deliver new products and services developments including global launch and industrialisation. Working across a wide range of business sizes from established multi million turnover units in mature markets to new start up business in emerging countries has given me significant experience of deploying very different go to market strategies and managing challenges this brings.
