I am a Senior Vice President at Cimpress, the world leader in mass customization. Cimpress goes to market with many brands around the world, including VistaPrint, that millions of small businesses, print resellers, and consumers rely on for customized products and services. In my career I've had the good fortune of being on great teams and being able to contribute to the success of my companies through building finance capabilities and teams from scratch and finding ways to improve existing capabilities. During my time at Cimpress, I've taken on progressive leadership roles, starting in treasury and expanding to include corporate FP&A, corporate systems, capital allocation, business unit FP&A, and real estate. In my current role, I lead corporate treasury, Vista FP&A, and Vista real estate. Prior to joining Cimpress, I held finance roles at Cabot Corporation and Ionics, Inc. I hold a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Gordon College and an MBA from Boston College.In my treasury roles, I've raised $ billions of capital, created hedging and risk management programs that have protected against material financial risks, driven $ millions of cost savings from the streamlining and negotiation of treasury services, led initiatives to drive working capital savings, and executed on large share repurchases and M&A transactions. I serve as a company spokesperson with rating agencies and banks, and play an active role on our disclosure committee, reviewing all external financial releases.In my finance roles, I've led capital allocation processes, led the transformation of advertising return models, executed major restructurings, built a global team of finance partners to ensure financial accountability and partner to drive results, implemented new consolidation tools, created and redesigned financial reporting structures to drive insights, and supported executive teams and boards to execute against and track financial progress on our company strategy through various stages of growth and challenges.In real estate, I've overseen our real estate portfolio transition to a remote first model by offloading or right-sizing unneeded owned property and leases, driving $ millions of cost savings and a strong employee experience while supporting company growth in our manufacturing footprint.The most important part of my job is developing and empowering the talented team members I'm privileged to work with.
