As the Technical/Media Director my primary responsibility was to oversee the Tech Ministry and produce the weekend worship services. I played a key leadership role and was responsible for the implementation, leadership and delivery of creative and technically excellent media production services to the church.Specific job responsibilities to include:-Responsible for all technical aspects of all services at BCC (Including audio, video, lighting, projection, lyrics, stage and set design, recording and other needs TBD).-Run FOH sound for events outside of services as determined by Worship Director (or in the absence of a volunteer).-Recruit, develop, train and mentor excellent volunteers for all tech positions.-Edit weekly audio and video recordings.-Ensure daily set-ups for audio-visual/media equipment is covered and respond to requests for audio-visual services as requested thru proper channels-Maintain inventory of sound, lighting and audio-visual equipment and update the inventory on an ongoing basis.-Recommend budgeting outlooks for current and future sound, lighting and audio-visual/media -equipment needs.-Schedule the tech teams and ensure all roles are filled on a weekly basis as needed.-Serve as a member of the Worship Design Team (DEW) and provide input and recommendations as you see fit.
