Network Analyst
Current• Design, Implementation, Installation and Maintenance of Network Infrastructure and Security systems, including: OTN Network Fibre Network Cisco Switches and Routers Firewall Wi-Fi Network(Pit and all other areas) VSAT link PABX and desk phones Equipment on board hardware • Maintenance and installation of Network infrastructure and security systems, including: Fibre Network and LAN Security Cameras Genetec Access Control and Video Surveillance Systems including Pit Video Surveillance.• Monitoring and proactive troubleshooting of network issues.• Ensuring that all Network Infrastructures and Communication systems are maintained and supported in line with industry standard best practices.• Assist in design and development of new projects and systems to enhance the communications infrastructure.• Work collaboratively with IT Infrastructure team in network management, including DHCP, DNS, Routing and Switching, Firewall and Active directory management.• Provide regular operational reports to enable effective management of key performance activities• Accountable for completion of all tasks identified in the Management Operating System (MOS) to the specified quality and timelines as assigned to this role• Develop and manage systems to enable the achievement of the LMC targets. Where site-wide or corporate systems exist, implement these to suit the objectives and needs of LMC operations. Systems include: o Equipment Maintenance Systemso Short and Long Term Planning Systems o Management Operating Systems o Project Management o Safety Systems o Environmental Systemso Training and Development Systems o ERP system• Review and improve systems based on the monitoring, reporting and improvement ideas of direct reports and teams.
