Customer Service Manager Aftersale
Current- Preparing dealer commercial schemes and implementing.- Holding regular dealer manager meeting and discussing for the better ways.- Studying and developing Aftersales marketing plans.- Figuring out potential carpark by region and customer retention rate.- Targeting dealers' turnover.- Calculate number of workbays required and communicate with dealers for expansion of the workshop or relocation.- Review blue-print of new workshop and communicate with counterpart for adjusting of layouts based on Chrysler standard.- Analyse NPS(Net Promoted Score) and FFV index.- Improving CX(Customer.Experience) by developing action plans.- Collect dealer monthly report and analyse it monthly basis.- Visit dealers and advise/consult regarding NPS and FFV result.- Coaching dealer how to promote parts and labor sales more.- Prepare the RSPL (recommended service parts list) and advice dealers on it.- Reviewing dealer visit report and dealer visit checklist with area managers and discuss how to improve weakpoints.- Reviewing dealer KPIs (labour sales, parts sales, parts stock order ratio, dealer service degree, efficiency, productivity, utilisation, retention rate and so on)- Prepare dealer P&L report and communicate about outlook of the workshop’s business.- Conduct SQP(service quality process) training at dealer workshop.- Assessment of dealer standard.- DMS (Dealer Management System) development as one of DMS development steering group.
