We are the leading manufacturer and supplier of DTH rockdrilling tools in Hong Kong, with a market share in Hong Kong by revenue of 59.2% in 2015 according to the Frost & Sullivan Report. In addition, we sell piling and drilling machineries and rockdrilling equipment, which are sourced fromexternal suppliers.We provide technical rockdrilling solutions to our customers with a variety of rockdrilling needs.We design, manufacture and sell DTH rockdrilling tools for use in building foundation and piling onconstruction sites, mining and quarrying, water well drilling, utility linings, micro-tunneling andoverburden drilling in a variety of geological formations and at considerable depths. A majority of theequipment and machinery which we supply to our customers are our self-designed DTH rockdrillingtools which we manufacture, and the rest are sourced from third parties for our customers depending on their rockdrilling needs.

- Prepare, review, and report on annual business plan and budget.- Analyse, comment and provide recommendations on monthly management accounts, yearly and quarterly reporting, and profitability analysis to the directors and shareholders.- Review, monitor and provide actions on cash flow management, accounts receivable and accounts payable balances on a weekly basis.- Monitor internal controls on sales and receivables cycle, procurement cycle, budgeting cycle and human resources cycle.- Participate in mergers and acquisitions and franchising negotiations, handling banking and financial arrangements and projections, valuations, and discussion with banks and potential investors.
