Reporting to the Head of Data and Listings. Responsible for the Data Quality and Vetting team within Rightmove. 15 direct reports across the two teams. Working to develop the individuals within the team and including Team Leader and developing and directing the strategic direction of the teams. Data Quality is responsible for handling customer and consumer enquiries around information relating directly to listings on Rightmove. Ensuring listings are created with the guidelines set out by Rightmove. Working closely with Commercial and Area Directors as well as Account Managers and other Customer Experience managers and teams to drive forward all aspects of Data Quality.Whilst also managing the recently formed Vetting team. Directly responsible for ensuring all prospective Rightmove customers are of the highest standard through rigorous vetting checks for at both company and compliance level. This involves working closely with our Legal team, when necessary, as well as our Customer Success and Contracts team to ensure a smooth and speedy onboarding process.

Managing team change through business evolution whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service and people development. The provision of key management information and Root Causes Analysis on monthly and high profile complaints.

Reported into the Helpdesk Team Leader. Responsible for providing first line support to all levels of management within the business in relation to computer hardware and software. Logged tickets for each problem and where necessary visiting the agent to help fix any reported issues.
