Develop and modify as necessary, complex pricing models to accommodate RFP and proposal requirements. Develop costestimating processes and cost risk assessment techniques as necessary. Determine preferredestimating techniques and methods for cost proposal and analyses.• Present financial analyses and participate in pricing reviews with senior management. • Performs complex cost proposal processes and creates deliverables to ensure timely delivery and compliance needs of clients, organization, and the estimating system. o Responsible for working on more than 100 proposals totaling over $430,000,000• Advises leadership regarding key business metrics, risks and options. Works with management assisting in developing and implementing price strategies including segment strategies for the business. Provides financial analysis support to management.• Performs cost/price/business analyses and estimates (profitability, business metrics, client price and wage analyses) for complex proposal efforts. • Develops and prepares pricing schedules and cost volumes in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and or Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs). • Ensures compliance with government contracting regulations. Analyzes corporate budget vs. actual expenses. • Participates in contract negotiations and maintains current knowledge of the industry and pricing trends.
