Started work in a hotel when I was 14 years old as a porter, by the age of 16 I was head porter for 3 hotels, but felt I could go further and worked for a fm services company pushing my self further to fm assistant manager for telecoms giants BT, but felt lost after 7 years and started working ForInitial retail cleaning as a area supervisor andWorked my way up to area manager inThe south east andLondon area I was much loved by the company and the companies we look after but was made redundant one year later, but they didn'tJust lose me they lost most of there contracts as they was upset that I was leaving and didn't want to do business with them as it was me who they liked and loved to deal with, 4 months went on and received a call from initial to come back so I did and so did the contract to as 60% of them signed a new contract with initial again, everything was going well until redundancy come up again, but before they said anything I resigned as I wanted to now run a business of my own , so I did (The greener side) which started off with waste removal, gardening, and cleaning services which was hard at first but when it's your own you put everything in to it day and night 24/7 but thought of a idea that would kick it off more, wheelie bin service for customers, that local councils don't and won't supply asIt cost them to much money, I saw a opportunity to hit this market and started off slow with 2-5 customers I now have over 215 customers and phone calls every day for the wheelie bins I feel I have now got there but I can go that little bit further any ideas let know !!
