I have more than 20 years of global leadership experience in the Marketing, Commercial, and Manufacturing sectors, where I have led and transformed businesses of various sizes and scopes.My core competencies include general management, P&L responsibility, talent development, value creation, team building, and corporate culture integration. I have held senior positions at Kalzip, Tata Steel, Catnic, and other industry ventures and advisory groups, where I have delivered consistent growth, strengthened governance, and provided strategic guidance to CEOs and executive teams. I have also created and led a new integrated business unit for Construction sales at Tata Steel, winning industry recognition for environmental innovation. Most recently, I was the Managing Director of Catnic, a metal building products manufacturer, where I implemented a business turnaround strategy and achieved a 30% increase in revenue and a 50% increase in profitability.
