• Oversee acoustic testing, bird and bat mortality monitoring, and environmental monitoring for all project site, taking corrective action to ensure continuous compliance of all equipment
• Manage over 30 subcontractors and electricians, scheduling maintenance and repairs such as icing, road and turbine maintenance, vegetation restoration, and switching station repairs to ensure projects maintain high.
• Procured equipment and construction through the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes on 15 occasions ranging from $10,000 to $200,000 per procurement
• Serve as organizational resource for Renewable Energy Approval process, O-REG 359-09, and a variety of other Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations

• Reporting to the Director of Environmental Approvals, I was responsible for constructing proposals for new large-scale wind energy projects. I led required research initiatives, conducted community consultations.
• Managed the research efforts, regulation compliance, and proposal writing of 5 successfully approved wind energy project proposals for large-scale wind energy projects across Ontario
• Liaised with government officials from ministries including the Ministry of Environment & Parks, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport, Transport Canada, the Department of.
