• , troubleshoot, repair and install the OS on equipment Test including:∙ Advanced point of sale systems: cash registers, monitors, scanners, keyboards, receipt printers, etc.∙ Windows mobile, wireless and thin client devices∙ Multi-function printers∙Other peripheral equipment and pieces used with POS systems.• Update knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in information technology• Utilize system tools, diagnostic tools, online databases, and technical documentation to expedite repairs and configurations• Provide technical feedback on technical process issues used to improve overall service delivery• Identify hardware and software issues and failures for problem resolution, and returning to vendors for repair. • Follow established quality assurance guidelines to ensure products and services meet or exceed our customers’ expectations

• Use Magic database to manage outgoing shipments to internal and external customers.• Pack, label, and source equipment in order to ship.• Run reports, create packing list, bills of lading, and schedule pickups for outgoing shipments.• Receive equipment from internal and external customers and check against invoices.• Training team members in the processes of shipping and receiving.• Maintain inventory in magic database of equipment and supplies used for shipping.• Assist in developing new procedures and processes to increase the productivity of shipping and receiving.• Handle special projects.
