While working at Cebollas Mexican Grill, there were many tasks that needed to be preformed. There was the daily maintence of the envorment as well as the machinery that was evolved in the day to day basis. Customer service was crucial as well. One must be able to communicate with the customers and solve issues that may arrive as they proceed with thier dining experince. Teamwork is crucial as well. You have to able to understand you team members and know their limitaions. You have to be able to undersatnd when they have too many tasks and when they need help with something. Being crossed trained was also part of the traning. I was able to switch from one job to another as well as know how to do others jobs so that you can help and offer the customer a better dining experince.

While working a Bob Evans I was able to identigy my strengths and weakneses. I was also able to develope my weakneses so that I could become more productive. While working there I gained more experince in multitasking and having priorities. There are situations where more than one task comes up at a time. This means that you have to be able to prioritise wich task is more important and what how they can be done the most eifficent way. I learned how to work in other roles, and communicate with my team mebers as well. We had to be able to communicate whether we were able to handle our tasks or whether we needed help. I also had to communicate with other team members so that I could help if they needed help.
