As General Manager, it is my responsibility to ensure that production is running efficiently to maximize output with the best quality. I have to ensure that people are motivated to bring out their best under pressure. I see to it that products and processes will continue to improve utilizing new technology in the industry.

As Managing Partner, I managed all the operations of the various outlets in Baguio City and Palawan Province making sure that these outlets remained profitable and readiness of the organization for future expansion.

As Plant Manager, I manage the operations of the manufacturing plant which include production, QC, QA and Engineering. In the last two (2) years, we focused on the start up operations like production layout, HVAC, water system, waste water system, establishing network of suppliers, etc. Currently, we are now in the stage of doing pilot batches in preparation for product registration with FDA.
