As a Quality Review Analyst, I was responsible for managing and auditing asset data that was uploaded into the database by field technicians for specific cell tower sites. My main objective was to analyze and configure the data, find and fix discrepancies and document/report issues back to the field technicians. I also worked cross-functionally with Project Managers and Engineers to communicate business requirements and fix any issues. In order for me to effectively complete an audit, I had to have expert knowledge of cell tower equipment, understand engineering standards, gather and analyze data from multiple sources and effectively communicate with other members of the organization on a frequent basis.

I was the first person hired on a two-person data analyst team tasked with assisting in the migration of data from multiple systems into one enterprise solution. My contributions consisted of cleansing large data exports and conducting analyses in excel by way of pivot tables, V Lookup, and conditional formatting.

After completing both the Verizon Integration and AT&T Proactive projects as a project specialist, I was presented with the opportunity to join the engineering services team as an Engineering Coordinator. In this role, I was responsible for tasks that directly supported the Engineering team.My responsibilities included setting up projects in the database, assigning these projects to appropriate engineers, analyzing data obtained from multiple databases and creating reports that were given to the engineering team to utilize for their analyses. I also received and processed customer/vendor requests for specific engineering documents and maintained consistent communication if issues arose.

Verizon Integration ProjectI was hired as the 6th member of a new team responsible for the data of nearly 12,000 new cell tower sites that American Tower had acquired from Verizon Wireless. We were tasked with analyzing and auditing the incoming data from the field and correctly configuring the data in the database to give an accurate depiction of the equipment load for each tower. Once our audit for a tower was complete, a report was made and given to the engineering team to utilize for their structural analysis of the tower. During this project, I had to quickly learn how to navigate and use multiple databases, become familiar with over 100 pieces of tower equipment, effectively communicate with various departments within the organization and learn how to adapt to the ever-changing project guidelines. AT&T Proactive ProjectI was moved to the AT&T project immediately following the completion of the Verizon Integration Project at the beginning of January 2016. For this project, I was still responsible for analyzing and auditing field data for assigned towers but I also had to research and compare AT&T's contracts (old vs. new) and identify specific changes based on established guidelines. This information was then uploaded into SharePoint for other members of the organization to use.
