Executed roles for both bar tending and waitering, catering for the comfort and enjoyment of both golf members and visitors of this brilliant golf club

Served drinks to customers alongside attending to the chairman and acquaintances, serving drinks and food on game days. Once the game has finished, organisation and preparation of rooms for future functions was conducted.

The main roles that I was responsible for were, assisting the head caterer, this was merely done through responding to any orders but being effective and quick when fulfilling them. To produce the entire menu, this shows that I have great organisational skills and that I pick up job skills very quickly. Another responsibility was to maintain standards in food and kitchen hygiene but also standards in food preparation, this is vital when in this industry in ensuring that the customer is satisfied with their order but also to establish health and safety.. Finally my last role among many others was to relieve the kitchen assistant, kitchen porters and café front of house in case of any absence, showing versatility and good customer service.

The responsibilities that I was subjected to were, to serve drinks to customers executing this effectively through great customer service, emphasising that I am a good in building customer relationships. I was to handle money and till transactions, deal with any customer queries or complaints, through ensuring great customer satisfaction and organisational skills. My final duty was general maintenance, cleaning, stock control and changing drafts illustrating that I am capable of putting my hands to anything and that I show initiative.
