Since 2015, I have provided consultancy services to Harpreet and Binny Mroke to help them grow their business to what it is today. After assisting with numerous acquisitions, I joined them on a full-time contract to guide them through their expansion.

I have partnered in the growth of Y5 Creative from inception to the current day. My role has been in guiding the growth, systems, technologies used and overall business development. During this time, I developed a software solution for Allegra when they moved into the label printing industry to assist with accurate quoting on jobs called LabelProdigy.

Claymore engaged me to help guide them through the challenges presented by the Covid pandemic.

PacBlue Printing formerly known as Pacific Blueprinting had been in existence for 50 years when I purchased the company and grew it from a “Mom and Pop” operation employing 7 people with a turnover of $500K per annum into a sophisticated state of the art digital printing facility employing 104 people at its peak with a turnover of $11M. I operated the business out of 4 production facilities before moving the operation into a state of the art facility in 2012. Leading the business through many changes in the industry at that time, including "creatively negotiated" acquisitions of smaller companies, a number of brand refreshes, implementing of bespoke technology systems (developed in-house), strategic initiatives and together with a dynamic management team in finance, business development, sales, marketing and production, positioned the company to be sold in 2014. Negotiation is one of my strengths and together with my team, we divided the company into two separate divisions, selling them each to different entities in the printing environment in Vancouver. A complicated, but ultimately successful accomplishment.PacBlue Visual Solutions served many high profile clients from construction and development (Bosa, Ledcor, Concert Properties and more), to retail clients such as The Estee Lauder Group of Companies and Dior (Travel Retail Division), both locally and internationally. I spearheaded the development of a software system (in-house), to control the ordering and distribution of graphics for the Estee Lauder Group (Miami) to 2000 locations around North America, South America and the Carribean.

Anbeeco was the sole importer and distributor of SEIKO, PULSAR and LORUS watches in South Africa. It was a publically traded company and employed over 100 people. I travelled to Europe twice a year to purchase the new collections that were released by Japan, managing a multi-million SA Rand budget. As it was a wholesale organization that supplied the jewellery stores across South Africa, I was involved in the merchandising, sales and marketing areas of the company as well.
