. Proper operation of mixer including stopping, starting, recipe changes, forming plate adjustments and edges.. Feeding of paper on start-up.. Operation of paper heaters.. Assistance with the operation of the creaser equipment. . Operation of vibratory roller systems.. Monitor and regulate the wet and dry additives by either increasing or decreasing in accordance with quality department SOP’s.. Ensure all test data and formulations are properly entered into quality control modules.. Ensure all Control logs, Pass downs and Checklist are completed on a daily basis.. Operation of skim coat rollers and perform appropriate testing and adjustments.. Handling of raw materials. Perform routine daily preventive maintenance inspections and report maintenance requirements accordingly. . Provide breaks to other associates in the Wet End Team as required.. Lead and direct all wet end personnel.. Ensure that all mini mixers are cleaned and rebuilt prior to end of shift. Must know and abide by all aspects of the plant and departmental safety programs.. Responsible for general housekeeping of the wet end areas, and other areas as assigned in the plant facility and grounds. . Perform daily preventive maintenance inspections and report any necessary repair items.
