Current- Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems.
- Document project objectives, scope, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Lead problem solving and coordination efforts.
- Actively manage scope, monitor schedule and costs, report statuses, set expectations for both internal and external stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and keep communication channels active.
- Proactively identify resource needs and constraints within the organization.
- Perform oversight of quality assurance activities and trainings.
