Senior Implementation Consultant
CurrentIBM Senior Implementation Consultant responsible for managing the full implementation life cycle for new clients, global and domestic, purchasing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) products and services. Manage projects for those clients making major enhancements to the relationship.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Act as a liaison between clients, project directors, HCM members, IT, trainers and other team members at IBM• Assist clients in identifying system/process enhancements that may be required to align the application with their business goals, including prioritizing these enhancements to meet project deadlines and budgets• Assist senior management in defining project scope for new implementations and add-on projects• Act as primary tactical implementation point of contact for the client• Attend project kick-off and implementation meetings• Prepare and adhere to project plan to ensure all deliverables meet both budget and timeline• Develop and maintain a regularly scheduled communication plan with clients • Key liaison with IBM Recruiter team for relationships requiring the full applicant tracking system• Perform quality testing for any enhancements or other changes to software• Development of system of reporting specifications for IBM Recruiter (Applicant Tracking System)• Facilitate the transition of new clients to the Project Director• As needed, support the sales team in a technical/implementation capacity by helping to communicate the IBM Implementation methodology in pre-sales activities• Responsible for training for overall account and project management
