My role as Senior Director of Client | Solutions at ISF, Inc. is laser focused; Ensuring our clients' vision for the future becomes reality. I support our exceptional team of Client Partners who are focused on ensuring clients strategic, business process, and technology needs are met from concept through project execution. Our team understands state government and the best processes for navigating public sector projects in partnership with our clients. It's my responsibility to oversee all of those relationships with a focus on providing the valuable solutions, quality services, and stability that ISF is known for. I coordinate all client relations serving clients nationwide from any of ISF's three US offices including Austin, Texas, Tallahassee, Florida, and our headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. Additionally, I continue to serve as ISF's Client Partner for the State of Texas working directly with Texas agencies to achieve their goals.

Provide analysis and project support for the configuration, development, and implementation of the Aspire (PeopleSoft) Financial System for the State of Florida.  Gain support from agency heads and agency implementation staff regarding organizational change management activities and overall system implementation Build relationships with State and private industry clients and seek additional business development opportunities Provide project support as a member of the Communications Team by creating, editing, and posting project internal and/or statewide publications  Provide leadership and guidance in the completion of project level tasks Coordinate and conduct analysis and information gathering sessions with System Architects and Subject Matter Experts for the creation of deliverable documentation  Create and deliver the Agency Implementation Guidebook for support of agency implementation planning Create, utilize and manage processes and tools provided to the agencies for assistance in the implementation of Aspire  Provide training and support to ensure the tools created are utilized to achieve their maximum potential and exceed client expectations Provide status reporting to the Project Management Office regarding agency implementation progress, concerns, risks, issues and/or general questions regarding the project Coordinate project planning for agency implementation activities and timelines
