About Jonathan Cooper

Having commenced work with Cooper Mediation Inc. in 2014, I devote 100% of my professional time to mediating. Over the last 10 years of practice, I have mediated well over 1,600 civil disputes primarily, but not exclusively, within the area of personal injury and insurance.I am based in Toronto, however, I conduct mediations all over the province and country. In 2019, I was inducted as a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators (IAM) and in 2022, I was inducted to the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Both the IAM and CADN are invitation-only organizations consisting of the most successful commercial mediators in the world who must adhere to the highest practice and ethical qualifications.In my free time, I enjoy all sports (particularly golf) and am an avid supporter of all Toronto professional sports teams.
