Brand Management & Content CreationI launched a new campaign to attract a demographic that is notoriously difficult to engage on climate change: right-of-centre voters. I created a clear and consistent tone of voice utilising language and themes proven to resonate with this audience. I wrote and edited content to ensure this tone of voice was maintained across all communications. I shared Operation Noah's work in blogs, social media posts and videos that attracted this demographic and began building this new audience for Operation Noah.

Communications Management & Content CreationI created a content strategy that pushed Progressio to achieve higher targets on the volume and reach of its content, the value of its media coverage and user engagement with its website. I implemented new website tools that made it easier for international colleagues to share information with the Communications team, ensuring the team could meet its targets. I wrote blog posts, magazine articles and fundraising appeals that shared Progressio's achievements. The appeals I wrote, edited and designed outperformed digital and traditional donation targets.

Content Creation & Digital MarketingI created content as part of the organisation's communications and sales strategies. This content advised, informed and celebrated entrepreneurs. I wrote blogs on how to start businesses in different sectors and sales copy for Smarta's SaaS products. I implemented the communications strategy for Smarta's yearly award show, bringing in more applications than in any other year. After undertaking digital marketing training, I updated and implemented Smarta's marketing strategy. This included prioritising identified keywords in all content and ensuring third party websites linked to Smarta's key pages. Through Google Analytics, I found the content that frequently operated as a landing page, and inserted links to further content on these pages to maintain user interest. I also managed Smarta's social media accounts, posting updates and monitoring engagement, and I wrote the copy for Smarta's paid advertising on Facebook, Twitter and Google.
