Ensuring conformance to regulatory requirements including, MDSAP and ISO 13485. Responsible for supporting manufacturing and Operations. In addition to providing and contributing to the delivery of Quality Assurance deliverables and providing quality solutions to business requirements.

Responsible for leading quality initiatives to develop processes and data analysis, in order to achieve the highest level of product quality and customer experience. Responsible for developing KPI’s to effectively highlight business performance and reward achievement.Responsible for supplier quality and leading process improvement.

Main responsibilities amounts others as a QualityTechnician were to: Manage warranty claims and customer complaints using 8D methodology, be a key point of contact for production issues, Liasing with vendors to improve product quality, Plan and execute internal and vendor audits to ISO9001 and ISO14001, coordinate teams of people to swiftly respond to non-conformity reports and lead process improvement projects.

With in this role my main responsibility’s involved maintaining non-conformity register, preforming component level debug analysis, carrying out inspection of electronic and mechanical parts, interpreting schematics, mechanical CAD drawings and assembly documentation and to also assist Quality engineers with process improvement.

My main role as an apprentice was to learn the businesses processes while working in a variety of roles and departments throughout the organisation.
