Essential Duties-Meets the annual fundraising goal of the Drexel Foundation.-Establishes, implements and manages the scalable infrastructure needed to effectively grow donation funds through the solicitation of major gifts, Federal/State, foundation and corporate grants.-Identifies, defines implements and manages donor software-Provides diocesan wide coordination and easy data access to all institutions to effectively manage their fundraising programs-Ensures records are maintained and data reliable through coordinating with local administrators-Evaluates the future financial needs and goals of The Drexel Foundation Creates and manages -long-range fundraising/strategic plan.-Institutes a public-relations program.-Creates a communication plan for donors and constituents.-Maintains effective communication with the Drexel Schools and their communities.-Develops, maintains and evaluates the process for adding new board members-Initiates development/fundraising training to board, staff and volunteers.-Assists in the preparation and maintenance of the schools’ master calendar.-Provides development analytics in order to assess program performance and develop data-driven strategies. -Develops, implements, manages and evaluates all activities related to annual giving.-Directs, plans and coordinates the work of the fund development/fundraising

Developed new market in the Chicagoland Region through engaging and developing relationships with Alumni and supporters, created mission awareness and generated funding support.

Oversees and manages the development office, including strategic planning, partnership building, program development, marketing, grant proposals, annual funds, planned giving.

Expanded existing account/client base through strategic planning and prospect generation, directs sales appointments, identified marketing solutions for prospective clients and secured contract agreements.

Managed development effort for Migration and Refugee Services, including pursuing public and private funding opportunities which address program and resource development needs for their national programs, garnered the commitment of Catholic leaders, and managed direct mail program.

Cultivated and solicited new and lapsed donors located in two regional markets, grew dormant Seattle market and achieved consistent media presence, launched new market in Portland, OR to achieve program expansion.
