I was an Associate Partner at Capital Retail, an experienced niche retail agency firm providing advice across all the retail sectors from agency, professional and rating to investment and development. My role was focused on retail investment, concentrating on High Street and Shopping Centres.

I started my career at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) as an office junior in 1993 and left as an Associate Partner. I worked in the both the private treaty and commercial auction departments and during this entire period, my focus was always retail investment and the sub-sectors.
