CNC Program Manager:Helped build a CNC department from the ground up. Lead a small growing team and oversaw all manufacturing day to day operations.CNC Programmer:Planned all jobs and programmed 3 and 4 axis mills and lathes.

Production Coordinator:Oversaw manufacturing schedule and planned schedule according to company and customer needs. Trained staff in proper manufacturing and machining practices. Made various company improvements to aid in manufacturing process proficiencies.

CNC Programmer:Plan and program CNC lathe jobs. Set up okuma and Fanuc controlled lathes. Supervised a small team of operators and setup machinist and worked closely with them to improve machining efficiency and techniques.Dispatcher:Plan and dispatch jobs out to machining floor. Make sure all planning and tooling is prepped and ready for every upcoming job.

CNC Lathe Setup:Set up Takisawa and Mori Sieki lathes with Fanuc control. Supervised a small team of operators and setup machinist and worked closely with lathe programmer to improve machining efficiency and techniques.Inspector:Inspect precision parts for accuracy through first article, lot, and final inspection. Inspected parts after outside processing such as anodizing, tiodize, tribobond, etching etc.. Utilized manual CMM and PC-DMIS CMM in inspection process. Communicated issues with outsourced vendors to achieve desired results.

CNC Operator:I operated Mori Sieki and Hass mills and lathes in a high paced production shop. Inspected and made minor adjustments in the machine to produce dimensionally correct parts. Deburred parts as they came out of the machine.

CNC Operator:I operated Mori Sieki mills and lathes as well as Fadal mills to produce parts for the aerospace industry. Assisted with setups, deburring, and maintenance of machines. Inspected parts as the were being produced to ensure quality.
