Assistant Director Of Security
Current• Operate and oversee a 500+ weekly contract hour public safety department.• Responsible for property management of a facility exceeding 1.9 million square feet.• Coordinate and delegate resources to effectively meet or exceed operational and fiscal goals.• Enforce agency's compliance with corporate and client policies, regulations, and procedures.• Furnish strategic leadership through promoting a positive work environment, active listening, open communication, and hands-on leadership approach.• Oversight of scheduling and payroll, hiring and interviewing, and new-hire training.• Investigate criminal and non-criminal emergencies that occur within the facility.• Manage proper incident response, including emergency resource coordination, preparation of reports, and conduct briefings and recommendations to subordinate staff.• Serve as the department liaison with local law enforcement administration and criminal investigation divisions.
