I moved up from Sales Associate to Assistant Store Manager in less than 6 months of starting with WL. I was top overall sales person 10 out of 12 months. When I started we were a 2 Salesmen and 1 Manager team with an output of 150 phones a month and roughly $2,000 + in accessories. When I left, my new co workers and I became a Zero Quota Manager store with 5 sales associates. We raised phone sales to 240+ and accessories over $4,500+ a month. My job duties were, but not limited to:- Floor set up, planograms.- Payroll.- Training new and current staff, as well as, new customers.- Customer service, greeting, problem solving and conflict resolution.- Scheduling.- Inventory.- File auditing.- Phone repair and maintenance.- Sales.
