- Built a custom CI/CD platform for running Selenium tests in parallel, with another engineer, which effectively reduced our integration test run time from 45 minutes down to 6 for our main monolith. This ultimately led to faster deployments and happier developers.- Ported a custom built PHP monolith to Laravel, an open source framework, while maintaining effectively no downtime, speeding up new feature development, and encouraging better community based standards and design patterns.

- Took on a large portion of the build out and refactoring for the Storyblocks rebrand, including visual changes, cleaning up and fixing front-end code and improving asset processing.- Aggressively cleaned up technical debt during "20% time", which inspired others to do the same, and led to a better culture of refactors and improvements to our main code bases. - Refactored the way our unit tests interacted with our database, which reduced unit test times from 25 minutes to 12.- Transitioned the company to a new CRM; effectively leading and developing as the primary engineer.
