Tasked with managing local and OTR truck driver's (approximately 1000 drivers) electronic logs, create safety training programs, investigate safety related incidents to include vehicle accidents, perform Global Health and Safety audits company wide, perform new hire orientations, assist with obtaining new/better safety equipment for truck drivers, liaison for the company when contacting DOT officials, and assisting with transportation asset compliance.

Tasked with conducting internal theft investigations, investigate potential fraudulent workman's comp claims, perform security assessments, assist with safety audits, and ensure insurance claims go through subrogation. Locate and manage vendors for security systems to include camera systems, access control systems, and burglary systems. Manage acquisition and implementation of security systems. Maintain overall security of every Mohawk facility within the continental United States (approximately 50 locations).
