• Designs a site program schedule together with the Think Together administrative team such that students have access to snack time, homework help and a variety of recreational, educational and enrichment activities. • Works with collaborative partners (if applicable) to implement programs and other providers to develop on-site and virtual enrichment opportunities. • Communicates with school administrators, school staff and parents on a regular basis regarding program activities, both in-person and/or virtually.• Manages site staff, their development, and performance with the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Coach. • Manages and maintains student attendance data, parent authorization systems, and site budget (when applicable).• Ensures accuracy of data entry and confidentiality of student records.• Supervises all staff and students either In-person or virtually. • Interviews, recommends and evaluates site staff members. • Maintains comprehensive student and volunteer records and product reports as required.

• Provides training, supported with on-site and follow-up coaching to Site Coordinators to ensure the development of their skills and leadership.• Ensure that curriculum is developed to support the common core standards, is being utilized by sites which will provide a well-rounded program design• Provide leadership for program staff, coaching, training, and performance assessments to ensure quality programming is delivered to our community.• Ensures implementation of the safety plans to comply with organizational safety policies and procedures.• Implement other plans or management requirements related to the site’s needs.• Ensures appropriate supplies and materials are accessible by allocating and budgeting effectively.• Implement human resource policies and procedures.• Collaborate with important stakeholders from the organization and relay important organizational updates.• Manage non-exempt employees budgeted hourly schedule and responsibilities.

• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity, using curriculum and materials provided by the program.• Create an engaging environment that fosters a sense of belonging that kids want to be in.• Support students in making positive behavior choices and take disciplinary measures when appropriate.• Engage children and youth by following, implementing, and assisting in creating lesson plans.• Ensure student safety by assisting in set up, break down, and ongoing maintenance in an effort to keep the school or community site clean and orderly.• Promote positive interactions between volunteers and students in accordance with child safety guidelines.• Maintain student safety by taking roll and reviewing sign-in/ sign-outs for students and volunteers.• Identify student needs and communicate to Site Coordinator, teachers, school administration, parents, and volunteers as appropriate.• Participate in staff development activities to help promote continuous coaching cycles.

• Provide one-on-one homework assistance and academic enrichment using curriculum and materials provided by the program.• Create an engaging environment and provide emotional support during physical activity that fosters a sense of belonging.• Support physical activity by setting up and taking down the day's activity.• Earn the Volunteer Presidential award for 3 consecutive years.
