Jonathan is a senior consultant in Mercer's Wealth business, with a practice area covering both defined benefit pension plans and defined contribution arrangements.Working with sponsors of defined benefit pension plans, Jonathan consults on all aspects of the investment program including risk budgeting and analysis, asset-liability modeling, portfolio structuring, investment manager search and selection, plan governance, and ongoing investment monitoring. In the area of defined contribution and other group savings arrangements, Jonathan works with plan sponsors to ensure proper risk management and to drive positive outcomes for plan members. This includes the development of proper policies and governance frameworks, investment structure review and analysis, investment manager search and selection, and ongoing investment and operations monitoring.Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Major in Finance, from St. Francis Xavier University and is a CFA Charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Society of Atlantic Canada.
