I managed a Dealer Service Territory responsible for roughly 17 to 20 dealer locations mainly in New Mexico and West Texas, with a short time covering dealers in Northern California and Nevada. Job Role• Training the dealers on all the various company support systems• Assisting the dealers in administering product warranty per the company policies and pushing dealers to complete Product Improvement Programs (Re-Call). • Working with CNH Product Quality and Engineering Organization to resolve product concerns on behalf of the dealers and retail customers• Ensure that dealers had the proper service tools, and that all technicians were adequately trained for the products they serviced• Assist the dealers in driving dealer profitability through parts and service.• Supporting National/ Regional Shows and other Brand sponsored special events.
