Joined as part of the 2011 Graduate Programme, having graduated from Northumbria University in July 2011. Highlights:• Successfully delivered a project as sole Project Manager on a public-sector pilot which looked to remediate a number of applications running a soon to be out of support version of Windows Server. This was accomplished using a piece of software called AppZero, which had never been used within the organization. As such the project plan and schedule was created from scratch, along with multiple implementation plans, and multiple visits to client sites were required to walk through the planned approach to gain their confidence and buy-in. The successful delivery of this pilot led to a considerably larger remediation project to be commercially agreed, worth over $2m in total.• Acted as PMO lead for all UK Public Sector accounts as part of an extremely high-pressure and high-profile internal transformation programme. Responsibilities ranged from managing and maintaining a centralised tracker which was used as the single source of information for the entire programme, providing financial reporting to programme and senior management, providing and presenting financial reports on a weekly basis to show current spend against the ~$3m budget and estimated cost at completion figures. • Considerably improved a Change Management team by developing, implementing, and communicating a formal process. After joining the team, turnaround times from change requests being raised to being approved were slashed, and the backlog of change requests requiring approval has been reduced by over 60%. • Worked as the Client Manager for an application hosted for a public sector based client. Handled any commercial queries and requests on behalf of HPE, ensuring all opportunities were logged in the corporate sales tracker tool.
