There are so many wonderful elements of life to learn and grow from, and so I find myself on a new journey of growth and development. I recently took a change in direction, sparked by the pandemic's effect on my work life. I needed and wanted a new path to walk, I took the first step and began the journey towards a life full of creativity and thoughtful considerations, a life in architecture.Looking back at my career as an precision engineer, it is so clear to see that the joy within my profession, personally, was from the creative problem solving. The satisfaction from being presented with a problem and working the solution through from inception to realisation was massive and is the major driving force behind my current journey, alongside personal growth and learning.The desire to learn and experience different aspects has led me through a twisted journey of work and education, in what most would see as back to front as the majority of the education has been in recent years, culminating in my current university foray.I have my sights set firmly on achieving a professional position, that allows my creativity to drive my joy, my hard work to forge my future, and my keen desire to never be satisfied with my skills, be a light that shines out for my future professional network.
