Was responsible of developing the overall technology strategy for the college. Develop budgets and project plans for various IT projects with a variety of size and scope. Was part of several targeted task force groups charged with projects ranging from developing success measures for the colleges strategic plan as well as for the development of a governance structure for the college's digital communications strategy. Represented the college at provincial organizations. Developed standardized processes for assisting staff and students. Was direct supervisor for 10 staff across 7 campuses in 6 communities.

Asked by fellow CIO’s of smaller colleges in BC to represent them at the board of BCNET. Many of the duties associated with this board have involved goal setting and the development of KPI’s for the organization. This pan provincial organization has expanded over the past 4 years to represent 25 post secondary institutions in BC, from the largest research universities to the smallest colleges.During this tenure, BCNET has expanded its role greatly from being a provider of network connectivity for the larger institutions to establishing itself as an efficient well governed manager of shared procurements and forum for cooperation among institutions.

Represented the college sector by soliciting feedback about organizations activities and advocating for increased cooperation between institutions. Along with two other board members was instrumental in leading the organization and its member institutions to develop a successful pan provincial Microsoft software procurement agreements in cooperation with the K-12 sector in BC.

Developed and delivered program focusing primarily on Microsoft Technologies.
