• Managed the financial accrual for chargebacks for the Medical and Dental divisions totaling $275 million annually. Worked closely with manufacturers to resolve aging balances regarding chargeback disputes.

• Oversaw a project to implement a new Trade Promotion Management system (TPM) for the company that would give greater ability to track and analyze promotional spending.
• Planned and implemented a complete restructuring and renumbering of the customer hierarchy in ERP System (MAS90).
• Worked with sales force to develop a customer and product hierarchy to load into TPM System, from which all future promotional planning would be done.

• Set baseline cost for contract service using prior customer history to provide quotes that would be beneficial to both the company and the customer.
• Proofed price quotes for accuracy and obtained the necessary approvals for discounts before contracts were proposed.
