As a Marine veteran, who has enjoyed a successful career in the United States Marine Corps, I also understand the importance of servant leadership, mentorship, employee relations, customer satisfaction, training, risk analysis, planning, and compliance management. My style of leadership builds a collaborative work environment where employees buy-in to new policies or enhanced procedures that demand the highest quality and the greatest efficiency. I believe in being a visible leader that keeps connected to the people on my team, no matter how many people I am given the privilege to lead.
