Responsible for overall product strategy for Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery products.

Collaborated with the sales team to qualify leads, design and deliver a cohesive deal strategy, and lead product demonstrations for interested clients and prospects.

Responsible for the PayLease delivery teams, including Billing Operations, Submetering, and Utility Expense Management. I work with our Executive team to ensure we are scaling efficiently while maintaining department KPIs. I also act as a first point of escalation for support and success teams, as well as assisting with key opportunities for the sales team.

Responsible for creation and execution of the Product Road Map, ensuring ongoing projects were completed within established timelines, and managing the overall direction for the products. I also acted as a resource for internal support/success/sales teams and assisted in creating operational best practices.

I worked primarily with internal stakeholders to define requirements for new features or ongoing system maintenance. My main priority was defining and starting work on a complete system rebuild, including go to market planning for deploying. I also acted as an internal SME for all things product related.
