As a Resident Advisor, I assist in the needs of 32 students living on campus, and I also help create a safe environment for the residents. I also create a welcoming environment for the students, whether they are wanting to study or participate in activities.

As an Estimating Intern, I used PlanSwift and Bluebeam to find and collect takeoffs on digitalized plans, and then used Excel to formulate a cost analysis of the project. I used an in-house data base to find the calculated unit prices for each item and then used the prices to populate excel and formulate the estimate for the project.

As a team leader, I was responsible for the safety and security of volunteer mission teams while on international trips. I then executed and completed assignments in a timely manner. Most assignments did not have a specified time restraint, but I learned that working efficiently was very important.
