Supervised a team of eighteen attorneys locally and geographically spread across the area of operations.

Investigated, charges and disposed of fifteen other cases through alternated disposition. Fort Leavenworth

Detailed to lead a team prosecuting a case noticed as a capital murder case. Responsible for coordinating the efforts of junior prosecutors, senior paralegal non-commissioned officers, a team of expert consultants, and investigators. Coalesced and organized voluminous documentary and digital evidence, drafted and argued motions, handled all preliminary hearings, and ultimately negotiated a favorable plea deal and obtained a Life without Parole sentence. Saved the government significant monetary costs, while obtaining a sentence sought after by the client.

Fort Leavenworth, Kansas

Served as the Chief Prosecuting Attorney. Advised and coordinated a capital murder investigation. Investigated and served as the chief prosecutor (first chair) after a prison riot, where 14 inmates, kidnapped and seriously assaulted a guard, seized control of a special housing unit (wing of prison for the most serious offenders), that was only ended after a lengthy standoff after a breach by swat teams. Advised the prison officials on all aspects from initial incident (response, use of non-lethal rounds, evidence documentation, etc.). Served as first chair prosecutor on the subsequent criminal trials, drafted and responded to multiple motions, successfully obtained convictions for Mutiny, Kidnapping, and Assault. Wrote and published policies and as well as legal articles discussing the unique legal issues involved in the case. Assisted appellate with appellate motions. Prosecuted several other sexual assault cases and complex fraud and larceny cases.
