Remediation and Standardisation of Client commission rates globally in order to migrate clients to a new front end cost management application. Ensure that controls are adhered to at all times and where any control gaps exist proactively close them. Management of bespoke projects covering a wide range of both regulatory and exchange specific from inception to hand over to the various BAU teams within ETD Operations.
