• Effectively manage the London Brexit Migration (ETD/OTC). This includes carrying out UAT testing with multiple key clients and exchanges prior to the successful migration.• Create a new entity (Barclays Bank Ireland) in GMI and associated downstream and finance applications. • Test FTB trade entry and subsequent validation in GMI of client positions, balances, interest, commissions and fees. • Ensure Utility Partners have fully tested and validated processes they are responsible for upon migration.

• Manage the migration of the ETD Futures & Options from the current legacy system (R&N) to GMI. • Ensure the successful migration of client positions, balances, interest and commissions from the legacy systems to GMI. • Test and implement bespoke GMI functionality. • Oversee the test management of both operations and over 60 downstream applications. • Report to senior management and compile MIS and running daily testing/defect calls.

• Manage the migration of the London TCS ADSU OTC from the current legacy system (Exposure Manager) to GMI. • Ensure the successful migration of client positions, balances, interest, commissions from the legacy systems to GMI. • Test and implement new GMI functionality and bespoke calculations. • Make certain all CCP related charges incurred either by Barclays client or House business is calculated in GMI.

Run the Bank management of ETD Full Service business with regard to Client commission schedules within the Client Charging and Data Team using extensive knowledge of ETD products and in house and industry applications. Globally responsible for commission charging for Full Service ETD clients. Working collaboratively with Sales, Transition and the various Client relationship teams to ensure that client charging is accurate and that underlying costs of trading were accrued. Remediation and Standardisation of Client commission rates globally in order to migrate clients to a new front end cost management application. Ensure that controls are adhered to at all times and where any control gaps exist proactively close them. Management of bespoke projects covering a wide range of both regulatory and exchange specific from inception to hand over to the various BAU teams within ETD Operations.

Remediation of Execution only derivative accounts to meet an agreed external regulatory audit. Consultation with various stakeholders including Senior Sales &Compliance to gain business sign off in order to complete the project. Worked closely with various operational teams in the investment bank to ensure there was no residual risk due to account deactivation. KYC of accounts identified for reactivation.
