I am a Partner of a law firm in the city of Caracas, focused on the legal advice of business with emphasis on regulatory, tax and corporate matters. Also dedicated to representing clients in projects offshore such as the incorporation of companies, corporate restructuring, tax planning, agreements and subcontracts of industrial and infrastructure to Latin America, Miami, and Spain.I worked as a Manager ( associate attorney ) in the international firm DELOITTE for six years. DELOITTE's experience was based on the development of the practice of consulting on a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach, which allows me today to send work teams, evaluate risks, identify contingencies and propose solutions.In the academic, I have been a professor in different universities and Coordinator of Graduate Telecommunications Law, Broadcasting and New Technologies Monteavila University.I am a member of the Venezuelan Association of Tax Law, participation as an exhibitor at the conference of tax law and dedicated to the publication of various works of literature investigational. Also, I am a member of Board ANTEA INTERNATIONAL, an independent firm alliance.
