Continued my previous Web Developer responsibilities with the company. Added responsibilities included the management of the main office IT along with planning for future growth.- Developed and implemented series of security improvements within the company. Focused on educating employees on best practices in personal online security, secure backups, IT security services, and protecting the personally identifiable information of our site users.- Implemented various network features for secure internal company use such as shared storage, computer auditing, and intranet.

Developed and maintained company website and AWS services within the hosting stack. Responsible for selecting technologies, creating tools, and implementing solutions to various problem areas within the company. Prioritized increasing efficiency of repetitive staff tasks, and automation of tasks where applicable.- Integrated various 3rd party single-sign on services so that the site served as the identity provider for: Discourse (custom integration), TalentLMS (SimpleSAMLphp), and WordPress (OAuth2).- Significantly increased data processing efficiency through planning and developing new communication practices involving various 3rd-party platforms. Integrated and automated notifications to those services. Applicant processing times were reduced to 1/3rd of their previous time requirements.

Including the general duties of a business owner I was also responsible for client acquisition, project management, sub-contracting as needed, and the development, deployment, and maintenance of Drupal and WordPress websites.- Quickbooks integration and new RMA system for Moog Inc's Drupal website. The new RMA system facilitated customer returns & repairs for Moog products. Quickbooks integration automated the tracking of customers and sales from the website within the company's Quickbooks server.- Repaired various problems on the FIFA mobile store site (Zend) during the 2014 World Cup. Solved multiple fatal errors and UI issues that would occur during the checkout process.- Complete overhaul and rebuild of website used by Educational Partners International to accomplish their primary business goals: secure platform that allows international teachers to apply to teach in the US, and domestic schools to review and interview applicants of interest.

Developed client themes and plugins for both Cake Websites and many of their client's WordPress sites. Focused on backend problems with existing sites and developed new tools and practices for the company's development workflow.- Developed Widget Wrangler. A WordPress plugin that solved a major company pain-point and is still used on all company client sites to this day. Contributed the plugin to the WordPress community and continue to maintain and improve it.- Developed a generic parent-theme to streamline new client projects with common set of templates and functions.
